A few times under heavy MIDI load I will end up with a stuck note in LS. If I
tell Pro Tools to issue and ALL NOTES OFF command the stuck note does ot stop.

Is implemented with latest CVS; not tested yet though. Please let me know if it 
works for you!

Nicely done. Works fine for me.

NOTE: I'm only testing for currently good MIDI notes. I do not have any stuck
notes within LS to see if it shuts those off. (Having no stuck notes in LS is a
good thing, but makes this harder to test.)
