I've implemented .lscp midi map importing to rosegarden recently. Still, the
only problem I see is that my code can't import multiple maps and create device
for each of them. It would be great if you could implement exporting of each
midimap as separate file.

There are currently no plans on our side to implement your suggested feature in near future. However you are always invited to provide patches implementing the features suggested by you.
