Tarball containing SFZ file + backtrace

Playing the attached SFZ on LS eventually makes it crash.

It seems the problem is associated with multipoint envelope.

Tested on linuxsampler-2.1.1 (2.1.1-1kxstudio2 package). I wanted to test it on the last revision but I couldn't compile it.

I collected the core dump after the crash, loaded it into gdb and got the backtrace, see attach.
