First you create an audio outupt,  then create a sampler channel, and assign 
that audio output to the channel.

Now try to remove the audio output pressing the round button, appears a message 
telling you it can't be done because it's assigned, BUT the button IS turned 
off.

It only happens with the audio outputs, not the midi outputs.
