qsampler debian package depends on liblscp2, but liblscp debian package builds 
up with the name "liblscp". That is an inconsistency. Either change one or 
another.

I just commited a fix. Those dependencies to "liblscp" and "libgig" were hard 
coded in addition to the dependencies that are automatically completed / 
filled in by the debhelper scripts. So I removed them, should be fine now.
